摘要: This article discusses the Self and Other Awareness Project (SOAP) cultural competence development model presents results of a study that evaluated its impact on racial attitudes 110 undergraduate students enrolled in an interdisciplinary Minority Groups course at mid-sized public university Southeastern United States.
