摘要: 2'-O-o-Nitrobenzyluridine, -cytidine and -adenosine were phosphorylated with phosphoryl chloride to the corresponding 5'-phosphates led 5'-diphosphates by method of Moffatt Khorana. These 2'-O-oNB-nucleoside incubated a primer CpApA polynucleotide phosphorylase in presence Mn2+. Tetranucleotides CpApApU, CpApApC CpApApA obtained after photosensitive removal oNB groups yields 54-70%.
