摘要: Volatile metabolites synthesized by strains of Lactobacillus breve, L. fructivorans, hilgardii, plantarum, Pediococcus parvulus, and Leuconostoc oenos, originally isolated from commercial wines, were extracted a synthetic medium using C 18 sorbent cartridges analyzed gas-liquid chromatography.
