Sorbent Extraction and Analysis of Volatile Metabolites Synthesized by Lactic Acid Bacteria in a Synthetic Medium

摘要: Volatile metabolites synthesized by strains of Lactobacillus breve, L. fructivorans, hilgardii, plantarum, Pediococcus parvulus, and Leuconostoc oenos, originally isolated from commercial wines, were extracted a synthetic medium using C 18 sorbent cartridges analyzed gas-liquid chromatography. All organisms isoamyl alcohol, 1-hexanol, 3-(methylthio)-1-propanol, 2-phenyl ethanol in varying concentrations.
