摘要: Abstract Elastic and transport properties of nanolayered crystalline Cu/amorphous Cu–Zr multilayers with intrinsic layer thickness (0.5 nm) have been comprehensively investigated by First-principle calculations. The results indicate that the conduction Cu/Cu x Zr 100-x generally increases increasing concentration Cu (at.%) at range > 50, decreases as increases. Although all exhibit ultrahigh strength, 50 multilayer is best choice for “stronger-and-ductile” exhibits most outstanding among series Cu-Zr multilayers.
