摘要: Nitric oxide (NO) and nitrous (N2O) production in biological nutrient removal has been studied widely due to the strong negative effects on environment. Nitrite-denitrifying phosphorus (N-DPR), as a significant source of NO N2O production, received great attention. However, mechanism at different concentrations is not well understood. Therefore, this study was conducted investigate effect concentration pollutant removal, during N-DPR process. The results showed that efficiency improved with increase concentration, which caused by enrichment denitrifying accumulating organisms (DPAOs) high concentration. High observed 0.5 mg L-1, mainly attributed slow recovery reductase activity low abundance DPAOs. maximal accumulation 31.45 L-1 also achieved L-1. possible reason fewer poly-β-hydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) were synthesized glycogen (GAOs) could intensify electron competition among reductases. In addition, free acid (FNA) inhibition another for production.
