摘要: Abstract Excitatory postsynaptic potentials (EPSPs) evoked in antidromically identified sympathetic preganglionic neurons (SPNs) and membrane depolarizations induced by N- methyl- d -aspartate (NMDA) applied pressure ejection were increased removing Mg ions from the perfusing media blocked -2-amino-5-phosphonovalerate (APV), dl -APV ketamine. Further, amplitude of EPSPs NMDA-induced decreased hyperpolarization Krebs solution with without 2+ , respectively. These findings indicate that excitatory amino acid receptor mediating SPNs may be NMDA subtype.
