摘要: Summary In consideration of the well documented influence normal microbial flora on level activation macrophages, we evaluated effects oral administration bacteria rats with depressed macrophage functions. An oral, killed polyvalent vaccine ( Diplococcus pneumoniae types I, II and III, Streptococcus haemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus Haemophilus influenzae ), live lyophilized faecium spores Bacillus subtilis , respectively, were administered orally to immunodepressed rats. Results demonstrate restoration phagocytosis, intracellular killing chemotactic activity macrophages. These experimental observations suggest that bacterial associated mucosae can peritoneal
