摘要: Cationic lipid vesicles and polypeptides represent common non-viral gene delivery systems for in vitro vivo applications. New vectors targeted delivery, namely, mono-, di- tricholesterol derivatives of oligoethyleneimine, glycolipids chitosan are reported this chapter.
