摘要: “By mistakes we learn” is a commonly used truism. However, from the perspective of research, questions on how and under what conditions learn are hard to answer. One reason for this that there huge variety errors (e.g., lapses memory versus using wrong cognitive strategy solving problem; Norman, 1981; Rasmussen, 1987a; Reason, 1990). In addition, occur in various contexts school, work, sports, everyday life), which may involve multiple causes lead different learning potentials. Therefore, investigating individuals, teams, or organisations can demanding issue poses theoretical methodological challenges (Billett, 2012; Mehl, 2010; Mehl & Wehner, 2012).
