摘要: Spermatogenesis is regulated by a cascade of steroid genes in the testis. Recent studies suggested that acupuncture may improve fertility men with abnormal semen parameters. Yet, underlying mechanisms which enhances spermatogenesis remain largely unknown. Here we used scrotal heat-treated rat model to study effect electroacupuncture (EA) on recovery spermatogenesis. In this model, was disrupted 30 min heat treatment at 43°C. Ten sessions EA were given Baihui (GV20), Guanyuan (CV4), Zusanli (ST36) and Sanyinjiao (SP6) from day 9 36 post-treatment.
