摘要: Over the last decades there has been a dramatic increase in incidence of some diseases associated with male reproductive system, including poor semen quality, testicular cancer and congenital developmental abnormalities such as cryptorchidism hypospadias, malformations urethra scrotum respectively. Based on these observations one recurring theme is concern that certain environmental chemicals lifestyle related factors may play role. Early fetal life particularly critical time period, when endocrine system established organs are developing. Although available data does not yet allow recommending, evidence based, prophylactic and/or therapeutic measures to eliminate or reduce possible negative impact environment/lifestyle capacity, it prudent limit exposures people hormonally active chemicals.
