摘要: Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) from an HLA haploidentical family donor is option for patients who do not have a full matched and lack the time to find unrelated one [1,2]. Furthermore, it may facilitate powerful graft versus leukemia/lymphoma (GVL) effect help combat hematological malignancies by directly targeting mismatched expressed on cells [3]. On contrary, escape surveillance of donor-derived GVL losing target (mismatched in GVH direction). This mechanism has been called loss heterozygosity (LOH) gene region chromosome 6 [4,5]. Taking above into account, this case report, we present lymphoma with monosomy 6, which means natural LOH HLA, suggest that selection missing haplotype seems be very effective.
