The Spanish Burden of Disease 2010: Neurological, mental and substance use disorders.

摘要: Abstract Introduction We used data from the Global Burden of Disease, Injuries, and Risk Factors Study 2010 to report on burden neuropsychiatric disorders in Spain. Materials methods The summary measure study was disability-adjusted life-year (DALY), which sums years life lost due premature mortality (YLLs) lived with disability (YLDs). DALYs were adjusted for comorbidity estimated 95% uncertainty intervals. Results accounted 18.4% total all-cause generated Spain 2010. Within this group, top five leading causes were: depressive disorders, Alzheimer's disease, migraine, substance-use anxiety disorder, 70.9% all disorders. Neurological represented 5.03% cause YLLs, whereas mental 0.8%. Mental 22.4% YLDs, depression being most disabling disorder. 8.3% YLDs. Conclusions Neuropsychiatric one This finding contributes our understanding Spanish population highlights importance prioritising public health system.
