摘要: Detection of pathogenic viruses in oysters implicated gastroenteritis outbreaks is often hampered by time-consuming, specialist virus extraction methods. Five RNA methods were evaluated with respect to performance characteristics and sensitivity on artificially contaminated oyster digestive glands.
