摘要: Abstract: Currently there are no specific guidelines providing recommendations on how to perform sampling foods at different phases of their supply chains as well environmental matrices when they require testing for virus presence. This chapter considers the significance and role during food chain or water monitoring, surveillance research studies. An overview discussion strategies criteria be followed sample selection presented. Finally, some food- waterborne outbreaks described, highlighting efficient in successful detection both tested samples case patients.
