摘要: 3D technology for networks-on-chip (NOCs) becomes attractive. It is important to present an effective scheme stacked NOC router and interconnect testing. A new approach testing of routers proposed by classifying the routers. Routers with same number input/output ports fall into class. class are identical if their tests same. test packet delivered all a simple unicast-based multicast scheme. found that depth consumption buffer at each has great impact on delivery time because application cannot be handled concurrently. Test must set operational mode. mathematical model presented evaluate time. Some interesting extensions further reduction thermal considerations. Sufficient experimental results comparison one previous method. The method works single stuck-at, transition, even small delay faults routers, bridging physical, injection channels.
