摘要: Increased levels of cytokines or reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid are associated with acute lung injury after ischemia/reperfusion. We investigated correlation these markers degree a rabbit model hemorrhagic shock. Rabbits, maintained by mechanical ventilation, were left untreated (control) subjected to shock withdrawing blood (n = 12 for each group). Shock animals re-infused their shed resuscitation. At end experiment, BAL was recovered, which parameters oxidative stress and measured. Macrophages malondialdehyde increased (p 0.043 p 0.003, respectively), total antioxidant capacity (TAC) decreased compared control 0.009). Production ROS significantly enhanced controls < 0.001). tumor necrosis factor-alpha, interleukin (IL)-1beta IL-6 higher rabbits more than twofold 0.001 each). also showed histopathological scores that represent severe tissue damage 0.022). Numbers macrophages TAC correlated 0.006, 0.02, 0.04, but not cytokines. Therefore, resuscitation from results injury, pulmonary inflammatory responses. In conclusion, good predict following
