摘要: Pyrenochaeta unguis-hominis is a rare human pathogen that causes infection in skin and nail. P. has received little attention, thus, the basic biology pathogenicity of this fungus not fully understood. In study, we performed in-depth analysis UM 256 genome was isolated from scraping dermatitis patient. The isolate identified to species level using comprehensive multilocus phylogenetic genus Pyrenochaeta. assembled size 35.5 Mb encodes 12,545 putative genes, 0.34% predicted transposable elements. Its genomic features propose heterothallic wide array plant cell wall degrading enzymes, peptidases, secondary metabolite biosynthetic enzymes. Antifungal drug resistance genes including MDR, CDR, ERG11/CYP51 were 256, which may confer fungus. provides an insight into molecular genetic basis fungal lifestyles, understanding unrevealed antifungal
