摘要: Abstract This study mainly investigates the influence of artificial aging at 480 °C, 520 °C and 620 °C on microstructure mechanical properties metal injection molding (MIM) 17-4PH. The results show as-sintered MIM 17-4PH to be composed lath martensite, δ-ferrite, nodular SiO2 inclusions. effect precipitation hardening is strengthen by a large number fine spherical e-Cu phases martensite matrix, which effectively block movement dislocations. highest hardness obtained 480 °C for 4 h. As temperature increases, phase grows coarser, in over decreases hardness.
