摘要: Purpose To determine whether a correlation exists between the parameters of focal macular ERGs (FMERGs) and microstructural changes photoreceptors after successful surgery for fovea-off rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD). Methods Twenty eyes 20 patients who had undergone to reattach retina in with RRD were studied. Focal spectral-domain OCT (SD-OCT) recorded at 1 6 months surgery. Changes components FMERGs, as well SD-OCT including length external limiting membrane (ELM), ellipsoid zone (EZ), cone interdigitation (CIZ), size outer photoreceptor area (between ELM RPE), determined. Results During postoperative period, mean amplitudes a-waves increased by 1.4 times b-waves 1.7 times. Spectral-domain showed that EZ CIZ significantly months. The degree increase was correlated FMERGs (r = 0.56, P 0.042, r 0.57, 0.040, respectively; Spearman rank test). However, not b-waves. Conclusions A restoration alone might be enough improve accompanied essential recovery RRD.
