摘要: Purpose To evaluate the microvascular changes in eyes with RP quantitatively using optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) and to determine whether correlations between these indices severity of are significant. Methods This was a retrospective, observational study. The medical records 53 patients 46 controls were reviewed. OCTA images obtained Cirrus 5000 Angioplex, an automated program used analyze patterns. perfusion density (PD) vessel length (VLD) as density, whereas diameter index (VDI) measure caliber vessels. width ellipsoid zone (EZ) OCT mean deviation (MD) Humphry Field Analyzer (HFA) RP. Student's t-tests Spearman's correlation tests used. Results Both PD VLD superficial deep plexuses whole retina significantly reduced, VDI increased compared corresponding values (P < 0.001). rank indicated correlated all three layers 0.001, r ranging from 0.50 0.87) -0.64 -0.73). Conclusions Quantitative might be useful for examining pathophysiology
