摘要: Abstract A previous related study has indicated that for an air source heat pump (ASHP) unit having a vertically installed multi-circuit outdoor coil, during reverse cycle defrosting, downwards flowing of melted frost over the coil surface could affect defrosting performance, without however giving detailed quantitative analysis. Therefore experimental been carried out and results are reported in this paper. Firstly, description specially built ASHP vertical is presented. This followed by reporting results. Finally, analysis The corresponding demonstrated allowing would result longer duration more energy consumption. also suggested use water collecting trays can help mitigate these negative impacts on performance.
