A prospective randomized comparison of levonorgestrel with the Yuzpe regimen in post-coital contraception

摘要: A prospective randomized study was conducted at the Family Planning Association of Hong Kong to compare efficacy Yuzpe regimen and levonorgestrel (0.75 mg for 2 doses 12 hours apart) in post-coital contraception. total 424 subjects were recruited into group 410 group; 77 79 had further acts intercourse during treatment cycle. 15 pregnancies (3.5%)occurred (2.9%) group.
