摘要: Background Tissue MicroArrays (TMAs) represent a potential high-throughput platform for the analysis and discovery of tissue biomarkers. As TMA slides are produced manually subject to processing sectioning artefacts, layout cores on final slide subsequent digital scan (TMA slide) is often disturbed making it difficult associate with their original position in planned map. Additionally, individual can be greatly altered contain numerous irregularities such as missing cores, grid rotation stretching. These factors demand development robust method de-arraying TMAs which identifies each core, assigns them appropriate coordinates constructed slide.
