Identification by PCR analysis on plasmid pEA29 of isolates of Erwinia amylovora responsible of an outbreak in Central Europe

摘要: A collection of 127 strains Erwinia amylovora, the causative agent fire blight, was tested by PCR amplification a fragment plasmid pEA29. variability in length DNA obtained observed after digestion MspI and Sau3A restriction enzymes. Strains were distributed into three groups according to product. Most analysed placed two groups. Thirteen clustered third group which linked with geographical origin strains: they all isolates from recently reported outbreaks blight Austria southern Bavaria Germany. The variation amplified is probably due an insertion this fragment.
