摘要: Resource management problems have become more and complex. The traditional approach to solving isolated environmental with technological fixes end-of-pipe solutions has started shift towards a thoughtful integrated attitude. Hence it becomes important develop appropriate means for representing the human dimension in models development of resource regimes. This involves approaches problem thus include as well stakeholder perspectives. Stakeholder should be included process developing adopting any plan. In order improve stakeholder-based policy design modelling processes innovation research is required linking analytical methods participatory approaches. Factual knowledge techniques combined local subjective perceptions various groups. Agent based seems particularly promising into assessment innovative sustainable enduring
