Nurses' attitudes towards health care assistants.

摘要: This descriptive study aims to evaluate trained nurses' knowledge base and attitudes towards the introduction of HCAs, as a basis for future programmes training, formulation policies. The possibility relationship between demographic variables subjects nurses is also examined. A questionnaire was sent working in specific ward areas at two hospitals Plymouth Health Authority, Devon. results indicated that heterogeneous nature group illustrated have poor HCA issues, with more respondents giving incorrect responses than correct ones. However, showed generally HCAs were positive.
