Cellulases in Ionic Liquids—The Long Term Stability of Aspergillus sp. Cellulase

摘要: It is a well known fact that some ionic liquids (ILs) have the potential to dissolve crystalline, water-insoluble cellulose could be used as source of glucose and subsequently derived molecules. Nevertheless, in presence high IL concentrations, cellulase activity and, even more so, stability are still challenging difficulties need overcome. Therefore four fungal preparations were assayed 30% (v/v) five different ILs. Thereby from Aspergillus sp. (Sigma-Aldrich) was not only remarkably active (up 28 U/mg ([BMMIM]Cl)), but furthermore stayed during several weeks 60% 50% relative after 9 weeks).
