摘要: The aim of the investigation was to confirm hypothesis put forward in human research that copper is cumulated neoplastic tumours mammary gland. material included post mortem collected healthy glands bitches and gland obtained during routine surgical treatments. histopathological examinations revealed among epithelial origin, most frequent were adenocarcinomas, which comprised 64% all lesions. second group carcinomas – 26%, whereas 10% mesenchymal origin. lowest content observed glands. In tissues with lesions, at a much higher level. Statistical analysis significant difference (P≤0.05) between investigated groups. performed analyses showed neoplasms cumulate ions, concentration this element
