摘要: The aim of the study was to evaluate content Cu and Mo in liver, kidneys, skeletal muscles elks from north-eastern Poland. investigation material comprised samples obtained 2010 35 animals. Animals were grouped according age (elks up 2 years over than 3 years). metal concentrations determined using coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method. mean 23.08, 5.03, 2.36 mg∙kg−1 wet weight, respectively. examined as follows: 0.92, 0.42, 0.05 mg∙kg−1 weight (w.w.) muscles. In analysis correlation between levels particular organs, presence significant dependence (p ≤ 0.05) observed liver animals studied. studied is lower compared with data reported Sweden, Russia, North America. Concentrations kidneys Polish are similar noted healthy Scandinavian region. results suggest that Poland may be threatened by primary deficiency.
