摘要: Evidence has revealed that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are involved in carcinogenesis and tumor progression. lncRNAs play an important role regulation of numerous cellular processes including cell proliferation, apoptosis, cycle, differentiation, motility. Several studies have demonstrated lncRNA EPIC1 governs growth, migration, invasion, drug resistance human malignancies. However, the its underlying molecular mechanisms glioma not been investigated. In this study, we determined function cells via upregulation or downregulation EPIC1. We further dissected mechanism EPIC1-mediated progression glioma. Our results showed inhibition suppressed viability, induced inhibited increased sensitivity to temozolomide cells. Consistently, overexpression exhibited opposite effects Moreover, our data suggest exerts biological functions targeting Cdc20 line with this, reversed Therefore, might be a useful approach for treatment.
