摘要: Considering water scarcity problem in many arid and semi-arid regions, it is not surprise that wastewater reuse agriculture increasingly become the most attractive reliable source for irrigation. However, developing countries sustainable management faces challenges. including Technical challenges (such as inadequate sanitation capacities poor infrastructures treatment), lack of complete economic analysis considers all aspects benefits; intangible costs benefits health environmental effects project, regulatory costs, public information education, value water) hardly included an appraisal project. Furthermore, there a implement tools models evaluating options mitigating risks associated with chemicals constituents which can be used help decision maker to decide on available strategies under specific environment, social conditions. This research was attempted full fit some these gaps knowledge. The aim this develop novel integrated approach combine risk assessment, assessment enhance more agriculture. This study one few bringing three together; outcome spreadsheet-based model assess different determine suitable scale at treatment alternatives interventions are possible, feasible cost effective optimize trade-offs between protect environment preserving substantial benefits. based case Misurata northern Libya, but will have relevance wide range regions similar agro-ecological features
