摘要: Cancer is class of diseases that has great diversity and unfortunately one the leading causes death in United States. Chemotherapy remains an important cancer treatment modality, superior chemotherapeutic drugs are constantly being sought. Gemcitabine anti-tumor drug it first line defense treating pancreatic cancer, as well as, used combination therapy for nonsmall cell lung, ovarian, metastatic breast cancers. Patients with specifically carcinoma, have a high mortality rate which highlights poor activity gemcitabine. The gemcitabine shows needed improvement due to its short half-life low specificity patients. objective this study utilize lecithin-based nanoparticles (NP) delivery system lipophilic prodrug.
