摘要: The authors have demonstrated the presence of human papillomavirus (HPV) types 6 and 11 in 10 13 (77%) juvenile laryngeal papillomatosis by situ DNA hybridization using as probes radiolabeled DNAs HPVs 6, 11, 16, 18. Of six specimens from adult assayed same technique, only 33% were positive. Immunohistochemistry to detect HPV capsid antigens performed on serial sections gave positive signals 44% (8 18) specimens, all lesions. These results agreement with hybridization, except two cases. When both series (juvenile adult) analysed amplification a 450-bp fragment corresponding L1 ORF genomes directed polymerase chain reaction, frequency rose 100%. Our data agree concept that is implicated etiology papillomatosis.
