摘要: Objective Adiponectin is an adipokine that exerts anti-inflammatory and anti-atherogenic effects during macrophage transformation into foam cells. To further understand the signaling pathways of adiponectin involved in cell transformation, we investigated roles two receptors (AdipoR1 AdipoR2) their downstream adaptor protein, phosphotyrosine interaction, PH domain leucine zipper containing 1 (APPL1) mediating action on transformation.
