摘要: Porcine mammary epithelial cells were isolated to culture on collagen gel followed by floating treatment evaluate differentiation under the conditions of serum-free medium, supplemented with combinations insulin, hydrocortisone, and prolactin. After period, attached gels recovered observe expression β-casein, β-lactoglobulin, lactoferrin reverse transcriptase polymeric chain reaction method. Expression β-casein was observed in presence prolactin whereas transcription β-lactoglobulin occured irrespective hydrocortisone Immunoblot analysis demonstrated synthesis secretion fraction medium.
