摘要: This study was aimed to establish a buffalo mammary epithelial cells (BuMECs) line and maintain it for long-term by subculturing. BuMECs isolated from lactating glands were cultured on collagen matrix gel. expressed significant amounts of the cell specific marker cytokeratin 18 as determined immunohistochemistry. The displayed monolayer, cobble-stone morphology, formed lumen-, dome-, duct-like structures. Furthermore, they capable synthesizing CSN2, BLG, ACACA, BTN1A1, showed viability after thawing milk protein genes. enhanced green fluorescent gene transferred successfully into using lipofection method transfected could be maintained in culture
