摘要: Abstract Handling of fine materials is always problematic because the great variability in system configurations and interacting properties that control behavior solids these systems. Three dry ultrafine coals having mass-mean diameter from 7 to 25 microns have been subjected a variety tests explore their characteristics suitability for transport, handling storage. Flow storage were conducted evaluate relationships between coal performance under conditions. The characterization was carried out experimentally by measuring following properties: a1. flooding — related bin/feeder performance; a2. absorption pressure pulses bin b1. Hausner ratio cohesive factor fluidization, performance, conveyability; b2. de-aeration b3. fluidization c1. pickup velocity d1. shear stress e1. size distribution —general classification; e2. shape general classification. measured values various parameters are reported flow observations. Of particular interest relation degree aeration wave aeration, which leads suggestion several problems can be modified controlling or hopper.
