摘要: Primary bone marrow diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is rare, and only a few cases have been reported. Fever arthralgia as the initial symptom are extremely rare; however, awareness must be made of this presentation. The current study describes clinical pathological findings 41-year-old man affected by fever arthralgia. Blood tests revealed leukopenia anemia. Multiple biopsies were conducted confirmed diagnosis primary DLBCL. DLBCL rare frequently misdiagnosed subset non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. case demonstrates that utility biopsy for should not ignored, repeated punctures in multiple locations may necessary.
