摘要: The ability of nursing mothers to entrain the circadian pacemaker rat pups was examined by measuring Per1 (rPer1) and rPer2 expression levels in suprachiasmatic nuclei (SCN). Newborn rats from under a light-dark cycle (LD) were blinded immediately after birth reared foster either LD (LD blind pups) or reversed (DL; DL pups). At postnatal day (P)6, small but significant phase differences observed gene rhythms SCN not only between sighted pups, also two groups indicating involvement both free-running maternal influence phase-resetting pups. However, P6 P13 showed delays similar extent, which suggests that lost. From P20 (the weaning), rPer1 phase-shifted different manner, rhythm being related more closely behavioural than rPer1. This finding differential on third week life. It is concluded pup oscillation depends developmental stage.
