Use of Polymer Inclusion Membranes (PIMs) as support for electromembrane extraction of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and highly polar acidic drugs

摘要: The use of polymer inclusion membranes (PIMs) as support 1-octanol liquid membrane in electromembrane extraction (EME) procedure is proposed. Synthesis PIMs were optimized to a composition 29% (w/w) cellulose triacetate base and 71% Aliquat®336 cationic carrier. Flat 25µm thickness 6mm diameter used. EME protocol was implemented for the simultaneous four non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) (salicylic acid, ketoprofen, naproxen ibuprofen) highly polar acidic (anthranilic nicotinic amoxicillin hippuric acid). Posterior HPLC separation extracted analytes developed with diode array detection. Recoveries 81-34% range obtained. applied human urine samples.
