摘要: An approach to diagnosing various physiological conditions in a subject entails determining the presence and, optionally, amount or concentration of cell- free DNA sample from subject. For this purpose one can employ an element that includes optical surface with -binding molecules immobilized thereon, where is adapted for instrument configured detect bound by surface-immobilized molecules. Accordingly, diagnose disease other condition (A) contacting DNA-binding and then (B) optically whether has molecules, consequent sample.
