摘要: Globally, over 170 million people (ca. 3% of the World’s population) are infected with hepatitis C virus (HCV), which can cause serious liver diseases such as chronic hepatitis, evolving into subsequent health problems. Driven by need to detect presence HCV, an essential factor in diagnostic medicine, monitoring viral protein has been great interest developing simple and reliable HCV detection methods. Despite considerable advances disease marker, current enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) based methods using antibody treatment have several drawbacks. To overcome this bottleneck, RNA aptamer become be emerged substitute application biosensor for protein. In study, we demonstrated a streptavidin-biotin conjugation method, namely, sensor system that quantify level 700 pg mL−1 biotinylated oligonucleotide on Octet optical biosensor. Also, showed method used screen inhibitors rapidly simply Among screened, (−)-Epigallocatechin gallate high binding inhibition effect NS5B The proposed considered real-time inhibitor screening is expected applicable other types diseases.
