摘要: Abstract A phosphor bronze plate was coated with a thin layer of TiB2 from gas mixture TiCl4, BCl3, H2 and argon at temperatures 580–850 °C. The oxidation corrosion stabilities were examined. Uniform adherent layers obtained on the in temperature range 600–700 deposition rates 1.1 μm h−1 2.2 700 °C 750 respectively. TiB2-coated plates stable to below 600 slightly affected by 3.2 N HNO3 room concentrated HCl 60
