摘要: In randomized trials, the better therapy may depend on values of a prognostic factor. This article presents methodology for subdividing target population into three subsets: one region superiority each treatment, and uncertainty. The basis such subdivision is treatment by factor interaction. importance this analysis in group trial sequences discussed briefly.
