摘要: The invention relates to supplying ships in a harbor with external energy order prevent the formation of soot and CO2. For this purpose it is already known supply power from wharfage. One problem such provided wharf that differences harbor's water level must be balanced for ship harbor. Furthermore, operational readiness on land may adversely affected, as case high water. In solve said problem, proposes buoyant (1), e.g. components are disposed or device, particularly barge (11).
