摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide methods for production recombinant human Factor VIII, employing specific endoproteases, thus assuring full proteolytic processing said factor even during its biosynthesis, consequently avoiding additional purification steps. Other objects are VIII as obtained by methods, pharmaceutical compositions, related uses and therapeutic methods.
