摘要: A set of passive and active devices based on dielectric, ferrites semiconductors for the frequency ranges 26-48, 80-120, 115-145 GHz have been created investigated. These use dielectric strip waveguides, image nonradiative waveguides rectangular cross-section provide optical or magnetic control attenuation, phase polarization. The advantages reported are as follows: broad band, simple construction, small dimensions, low weight cost. Receiving, transmitting measuring systems using above mentioned were realized.
