摘要: A method of producing aluminum by electrolysis alumina which is dissolved in a molten cryolite bath described uses dimensionally stable anode comprising substrate composed conductive ceramic, cermet, metal, an alloy, intermetallic compound and/or carbon and coating thereon rare earth metal oxide or oxyfluoride preserved maintaining concentration the electrolyte. By adding to contamination inhibiting agent components due corrosion electrolyte contacting at imperfections may be inhibited. The alkali alkaline such as fluoride, particular LiF MgF 2 .
