摘要: Abstract Herein we report a symmetric study of metal surface plasmon-enhanced emission conjugated polymer (poly[2,5-bis(3′,7′-dimethyloctyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene], BDMO-PPV) in the process that silver substrates changed from isolated nano-particles to continuous film. It was found photoluminescence (PL) enhancement mainly raised coupling BDMO-PPV excitons with localized plasmon (LSP) Ag when thickness deposited film smaller than 15 nm. However, polaritons (SPPs) dominated PL reached 20 nm or thicker. Temperature dependent on were also investigated range 10–300 K. Bose–Einstein statistical factors calculated reveal mechanistic aspects observed temperature fluorescence nano-films variable thickness.
